BDC - Business Development Bank of Canada

When I first needed cash flow financing BDC was great, the local representative was friendly and easy to deal with. A few years later, he is no longer there and there is no local representative in my city. The rep assigned was not helpful at-all, ever. Always blew off my questions and referred me to a FAQ instead of actually speaking in person. During COVID, BDC only offered interest only payments instead of loan deferral, unlike ALL the other big banks. Hard to pay anything when the business is closed! and my rep never ever called me back. Other government programs inquiries through BDC and they never called back, just sent a link. Will be glad to never have to deal with them again, is just too bad small business don't not have many options. And I have emailed my Rep , they don't even reply, just pass me on to another person.
